My wife’s complain is the vibration pitch is too deep and not the same as a hand held vibrator. How do I tune or adjust it to make it higher pitch feeling ? She never uses it it’s been a waste of money so far.

It goes up and down in intensity but from what I’ve read the Symbian is a higher pitch like a vibrator. Where the motor bunny is very deal tone and she doesn’t like it.
